QCell Q.Peak DUO ML-G10+ 400 watt all black modules. They have a 25 year product defect warranty and 25 year linear power production warranty. They are a South Korean company with German engineering and also support some manufacturing in their plant in Georgia, USA!
Silfab Prime SIL400HC+ all black modules. They have a 25 year product defect warranty and 30 year linear power production warranty. They are North American made! Their headquarters is in Canada. They do their manufacturing in Canada and Washington State. Silfab has one of the highest industry warranties.
