They did their very best to accommodate my schedule for different inspections that had to be done requiring someone to be home. One time when I couldn't be home, they were able to come to my house and meet the inspector for me, as luck would have it they were working on another house close by that day. They worked with me to figure out the best financing that was right for me, monthly payments and terms to help me make my decision. They have been wonderful in assisting me with all the paperwork that goes with getting my taxes in order so I can maximize my tax refund as well as the Energy Incentive Rebate. If something changed, which it did, and I was quoted a larger Energy Rebate than what was offered by the time my panels were installed, they honored what they had originally told me and wrote off the difference.
According to PGE, the equipment I have is state-of-the-art.
I am thrilled with the looks of the panels as well, I was expecting metal frames around them, but they are sleek and solid black. I was a little worried about how my house/roof would look, but I am very happy, they look nice.
So far so good - I'm generating electricity to greatly reduce my electric bill right now in these first month having them online, and it's winter with fewer hours of daylight. Since I chose to get enough panels, after going through the upcoming summer, I am looking forward to building up a enough credits each year to pay for all my electric needs throughout my retirement. This is an investment into my future.

(Beavercreek): My installation was unique - instead of the typical "on a house roof, connected to the house's main panel" mine is on a barn, with multiple meters on the property and with no existing service in the barn. Prestige Power was able to do critical things: 1) listen to my needs and preferences and 2) Provide appropriate solutions. You might think its better to go with a large company for your solar install, but I chose a small company because the decision making/problem solving was limited to three people - me, Tamara the owner, and Sean the electrician - and had no car-sale stink at any time. I really couldn't be happier with the way things went. They gave me a cost estimate right away, based on my power usage and were knowledgeable about all the different options available.
The effort I had to put in as far as permitting and dealing with red tape was minimal. Tamara was able to navigate the whole thing for me without a hitch. Every step of the way my expectations were exceeded.
While writing this review, I went back through my email thread and realized that we had about 65 emails back and forth, always fast, but very thorough.
At the end of the project, Tamara drove 20 miles out to my house to personally deliver the site map, system manual, and to make sure I was comfortable with my system. This is the kind of customer service that has become rare today.

We recently had a 40 panel solar system installed by Prestige Power Systems. We could not be happier with the installation and experience. The Prestige team, led by Tamara, took care of all the permitting, documentation necessary for incentives and paperwork related to county, state, federal and HOA requirements. Their related diagrams, documentation and attention to detail exceeded requirements in each case. The quality of the panels, connections, inverters and power supplies were top of the line and Prestige workmanship was perfect. Sean went beyond expectations, assuring penetrations were double sealed, most efficient and aesthetic connections were made, and conduits were painted to match interior and exterior walls. He literally went “extra miles” to assure every component and remote monitoring capability functioned appropriately, making inspections a breeze. Nearly a year ago a neighbor was getting Solar installed from Prestige Power Systems. I walked down the street and Sean was on sight with his crew. He took the time to talk to me about what it entails and what are the advantages of Solar Power. Soon after I met Tamara at the Farmers Market and after talking with her I was completely sold. It was a no brainer IMO to own my system and not lease. I wanted the tax breaks, I wanted the increase in home value that an owned system can bring.
I knew I wanted Sean and PPS to design and install my system. This spring I was ready to take the plunge and contacted Tamara. She came out and gave me several different options depending on what WE wanted to achieve on power savings. I ended up with 28 panels and an 8.4 kw system. No pressure. Changes I requested after the initial contract was signed were easily fixed. The process was very systematic and I literally had to do nothing. They take care of everything!! I know they will be there for me down the road answering any questions or concerns. Now that I have been operational for nearly 3 weeks I am seeing the system generating quite a bit more than I am using. Cant wait to get my electric bill.
I almost forgot to mention that there were 3 inspections after installation. The city, county and Energy Trust I believe. I was there for each inspection and each of the guys said Prestige Power Systems are well known for the quality of their work. I could tell the Inspectors had a lot of respect for them. Google Review

We had a fantastic experience with Prestige Power Systems. We got solar panels installed on our Happy Valley home in December 2015 (began the process in October because it takes some time to get all the government signoffs) and they were great every step of the way. They usually came out to do work on weekends to fit with our work schedule and answered any questions we had (and there were a ton) within 24 hours. Both Tamara and Sean were super friendly and great to work with and I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone thinking about installing solar in the area. After the federal and state credits and the PGE incentive, the process was extremely affordable. Tamara was able to compile a energy report for us using our PGE bill to show how much we would save and what the dollar and production figures would be using different size systems. We felt no pressure to purchase more panels than we wanted and felt like we were getting quality materials. She responded to questions in a very timely and effective manner and we never felt left alone with the project. Her husband Sean Manzo oversaw the actual installation.
